There is an age old belief that the brain structure of the women is different from that of men. The brain of the man is wired to be analytical about everything whereas that of the woman is wired to be empathetic. This gives a general feeling that men are guided by intellect whereas women are influenced by emotion. This belief has been emphasized in all our stories from time immemorial in our lives throughout the world irrespective of the nationality, age, society and cultural background. Even the recent best seller 'The Female Brain' by Louann Brizendine, an American scholar, subscribes to the view that women spend most of their life on "psychological roller coaster" controlled by hormone levels.
Gina Rippon, Professor of cognitive neuro-imaging at Aston University, has accused her fellow researchers and other contemporaries of providing scientific evidence to establish the age old theory that women are not at par with men on intellectual ground. According to her it is utter nonsense to believe that women are different than men on their brain activities based on their social role and status. The similarities of brain functions of men and women are far greater than the difference. It is a myth to conclude that there is a disparity between the sexes on brain functionality.
Guys, this is an important input to you when you handle your girl. Don't be carried away that she is a dud intellectually and you can cover her on emotional grounds. You are bound to fail. Your date is as intellectual as you are and share with her all your intellectual problems to hit the right solution.
